What is the hard disk?
The hard disk is
a pivot/pin of magnetic disks,
called platters, that record and store information. Because the data is stored
magnetically, information recorded to the hard disk remains intact after you turn off your computer The hard disk is inside the laptop or
computer which reads and writes data to
the disk and save the records for
further goals .
In the hard disk these are two types
of hard disk are very popular one of SSD and other one is HDD. SSD (solid state
drive) of a computer memory retaining data even if there is a break in the
power supply. HHD (hard disk drive) a HHD a traditional be composed of a
spinning disk with a read/ write head on a mechanical arm called an actuator.
When I was in collage I have a curiosity
to know about which one the best and what difference between SSD or HHD?. write
now same question raised during my seminars while I interact with students and
novice . lets come to the point the difference between hard drive and solid
state drive is in the technology used to store and retrieve data.HHD are
cheaper and you can get more storage space. SSD are faster , lighter more
durable and use less energy. Your needs will order authoritatively which
storage drive will work for you
Behind the failure of hard disk..
This is the most common
cause of all the hard drive failure cause and occurs too frequently.
Ventilation problem or faulty CPU fan, a
system would heat to the paramount and leads to the sudden hard disk crash and
your system is on high risk and chances to
corrupt. . the error has the message ‘ A disk read error occurred that
is the disk is preventing the computer
such as incorrect boot order, BIOS issue, IDE cables failure, incorrect
MBR configuration, faulty hard drive, etc.
